Whenever possible, purchases made after 12pm Pacific Time will be shipped the next business day.

We generally ship via UPS to the USA. Note that UPS does not ship to USPS PO Boxes. If you require shipping to a PO box, please let me know and I will provide other options.

Customs fees:

While we do understand that customs fees are an annoying part of international purchases, we cannot offer to declare a lower value on customs documents. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for paying any import taxes and duties that may be charged by their government.

Note that (amplified) musical Instrument accessories (Tariff Code 920994) from Canada to the USA usually are not charged duty. Also note that shipments from Canada to the USA valued at $800US or less are usually duty-free and referred to as a Section 321 entry.
